david's Story
I was raised in So Cal, living in Lancaster, and Pacoima before settling in Sun Valley. But I was born in Denver, and I returned to Colorado in 1972. I attended Roscoe elementary, Sun Valley JHS, and all 3 years at Poly HS.
After graduation from Poly, I left for College and graduated in 1975. Married in 1975 to a Denver native (Clara) and had 2 children. Started a career in law enforcement ( yes, I was a cop), but after 12 years, I decided to "shoot for the moon".

over 20 years. Loved it, and I retired after 28 years, in March, 2020, just as the covid-19 pandemic started.
I still love sports and I was a basketball gym rat for many years. I had been a Laker, Rams and Dodger fan my whole life, but I have switched loyalties to all Colorado teams. Now, I just follow sports and scream at the TV.
I have been to 2 school reunions. I have been blessed with good health, and my wife and I have been able to enjoy traveling.
