Ronald E's Story
Life
I met my Spouse in Seattle, WA when I was in the Army. She was traveling from Texas to Alaska with some mutual friends.
My Pets
My Dingo hybrid was killed by an Alaskan Brown Bear two summers ago. She kept the grizzlies away from our house for 8 years. We have new dog that is, of all things, a miniature Poodle. As it turns out he is a great pet. He is small, doesn't yap, doesn't shed, doesn't stink like most dogs, and is sweet and super smart. He is perfect for our lifestyle on boats and in the Alaskan bush. I have to keep the bears away though.

l. She resigned after one year at a school where the students cursed her, threatened her life, and assaulted her. Now she is teaching at an alternative school, where they are prepared to deal with difficult students and she loves it. She is also going to have a grandchild in April 2008. She still can't wait to return to Alaska.
My youngest daughter, Chohla, earned a BS in biology and a Masters in Science education. She teaches advanced computers and science at Mt. Edgecumbe High School in Sitka, AK. She was married on December 29, 2007.
My Job
I am currently devoting all of my time getting our wilderness education and expedition school ready to run at full steam next summer. Google us at alaskawild.us. We're offering discounts to AHS alumni.
