Donna's Story
Life
After high school, I attended Oklahoma Christian College, and graduated in 1974 with an Education degree. Since then I've taught for 23 years, and had four children, who are now ages 28 to 18. My husband is also a teacher, and is an Italian from Massachusetts. We live in Canyon, and I have taught at Tascosa for the last eight years. It's a trip to be here (Tascosa) since it's changed alot since we were here.
Now that we have an empty nest, we're moving to the Fort Worth area, where we'll both be teaching. My husband is a Math teacher, and I teach Special Education.

handicapped daughter who has cerebral palsy, and two children who work for the airlines. Another daughter is a student at TCU right now. We get to travel quite a lot, since the children who work for the airlines give us flight benefits, so we go to Seattle, to see them, and back East to see Paul's folks alot.
So, that's about all my life consists of right now. Teaching, being married, enjoying the kids being pretty much on their own, taking off whenever we can.
Maybe when we retire, we'll do something more useful! That's seven years away, by the way. Boy, a lifetime sure passes quickly.
