Life
High School to LA Valley College.
LA Valley College to USAF (beat the draft in 1967) for 12 years.
Stationed at George AFB, CA (Victorville) for 4 1/2 years and then at Luke AFB, AZ for 7 1/2 years. Got out of USAF in 1979 so I wouldn't have to go overseas and went to work for Goodyear Aerospace Corp.; 6 months later I was in Germany at an Air Force Base as a civilian.
Worked at Digital Equipment Corporation, Avnet Computer, Inc., and Hewlett-Packard.
Was a computer and database programmer (.NET) with a local school district in Glend...Expand for more
ale, AZ. Grandfather of 9. Great-grandfather of 4. Living in Phoenix, AZ since 1973 minus 2 years in Sunnyvale, CA (1992-1994).
Finally retired and still in Sunny Phoenix, AZ. Still doing web design work, collecting cars (1956 Ford Thunderbird, 1967 Ford Mustang GTA, 1986 Ford Mustang SVO), 1970 Mercury Cougar (Eliminator) and making jewelry. Started a new business in 2019 named Latex Works LLC and resurrected the Hydroglove product line.
Now living in Oro Valley, AZ with some ties still to Phoenix. Closer to grandkids and great grandkids.
