Jesse's Story
I was very active in ROTC, the Industrial Arts Club, and hated to see high school end because of all the great classmates at Jefferson. My family moved to Chicago the day after graduation and I've been here ever since.
I went on to Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana for my bachelor of arts in sociology (1980) and then to the University of Chicago for my master of arts in social service administration (1985). I'm a licensed clinical social worker and have worked in the clinical arena as a family therapist, medical social worker, private prac...Expand for more
tice, and later as an administrator at the University of Chicago and at the CIrcuit Court of Cook County. For the past 14 years I've been director of the Social Service Department and for the past 8 years also director of the Adult Probation Department, both at the Circuit Court of Cook County.
I'm blessed to have Bobbi, my wonderful wife. We enjoy each other's company at home and in frequent trips around the country and abroad.
I think often of my great times at Jefferson and of the many wonderful friends I left behind so long ago in San Antonio.
