Carol's Story
Graduated with you all and went to business school. Worked in the corporate insurance for 4.5 years and got married in 1995 and moved to 5 acres in Maryland just outside Washington, DC continued to work in the insurance industry in Maryland. Where I developed a love for organic vegetable and fruit gardening and canning foods. Many friend and neighbors came for free produce and jelly as I always grew more than I used. developed into a great love for me. We lived in Maryland 9 years. We now live in West Virginia on 200 acres with my husband (Ralph) of now 14 years with our 3 very big lap dogs, Moses, Annie, & Ezra. I continue to put to good use my gardening skills on grandure scale and continue to quilt and crochet and sew and bake. Somewhere in there I became a truck driver with my husband. We team drive and travel all 48 states. This summer we plan to become organic farmers of vegetables and berries.
