Bud's Story
Quick overview:
After SHS, jumped the border to Ann Arbor, MI where I earned BSE and MSE degrees in engineering at U of M. Lived and worked there after graduation as a software engineer until '73 when I took a job in Glasgow, Scotland. A year later, moved directly from the UK to California. Graduated in '76 with an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Since then I've been a marketing executive in various high technology start-ups, and a management consultant specializing in business strategy and marketing.

Was fortunate to be able to travel frequently in the US and internationally, both for business and pleasure. Experiencing the people and culture in other countries is one of the great loves in my life.
Married at 31, two kids 18 and 22 who both attend the University of California at Davis. Daughter studying applied biology and son working on BS in computer science. Daughter is also a member of the UCD women's swim team.
Partly retired now, mostly consulting for early phase companies needing business advice and strategy.
