Ted's Story

School It's been a minit since I've logged on. Life's been good. I've I see many of you have caught and surpassed me, but still, God's been good. We're scheduled to retire next year...can't believe it's been 20 years! Just entering the real estate business, still on the East Coast. My wife of 20 years is a registered nurse. I've got one daughter "done graduated," a senior (daughter) in high school, and a son going into 7th grade. Good stories. Holla soon. Workplace STILL in the Air Force. Managed several programs on bases in San Antonio, TX and Dover, DE. Worked as a cop, a corrections officer, a customs inspector, an an AF recruiter. Working toward retirement where I can devote my working life to full time minstry...and if the lord should desire, preach the word around the world! Get in touch and stay in touch. Grace and Peace be in your life! Military I'm STILL in the United States Air Force. Who'd a' thunk it! I married my prom date and we have three children...one just graduated high school herself! Where does the time go! I'm on my final enlistment and MIGHT retire in 2007! Still wanna be the great helper in the Air Force...we call it the First Sergeant. I'll know for sure when I get promoted next. I'll let y'all know. ***********Well, I've put in my paperwork. It's official. I'm retiring. Now I can become a part of what many of you have known all along...civilian life. It's a bit unnerving, but, hey, people will always be people...I simply have to learn how to deal with my new counterparts. I'm excited. I should be retiring on McGuire AF in late March. Surprise visits are always a joy. God Bless. Grace and Peace It's been a long time coming. I'm done! Retired life is wonderful, but, what is retirement, really...Expand for more
. I've only taken a brief hiatus from the employment world and now am seeking gainful employment. Not even sure what I want to do, so I'll just rely on God to "drop it in my spirit." I still attend church at the Open Door Church of Christ Ministries, Inc. on Passaic St, next to the Candlelight Lounge and behind the Razor Sharp II barbershop, across from the Passaic St Canal, down the street from the state police on Warren St...ha ha ha! It would be great if some of you were to stop by. I'm enjoying the moments being at home for now, but I'm too motivated to sit for long...so look for me. I just might be the newest addition to one/some of your workplaces...in fact, I just might be your boss! Hollllaaaaaaaaaa! 14 Aug 2008 Hey y'all. Picked up a new J.O.B. (Journey Of the Broke!! Ha ha). I'm an educator! A Life Saving Mechanism Consultant, if you will. My focus is on educating people on ways and means of protecting themselves in emergency situations (medical, fire, personal attack, intrusion, etc.). We design a program tailored to meet individual family needs. Our goal is to educate, reeducate, and/or remind as many people as we can about the many life threatening situations they could potentially face; AND we offer a better alternative to 911! Interested in a presentation..hit me up. My phone is on my travel website...webetravellin dot com. I'm interested in saving lives! And I'd like for yours to be one of them! Don't wait until you become a victim to educate yourself. Proactive is always better than reactive. An ounce of Prevention is worth a pound of Cure. Let me help you help yourself! I know that sounds a little sales-pitchy, but the program is definitely worth a look. Until next time...much love and Grace and Peace!!!!
