Robert's Story
After HS graduation I attended Northwestern University briefly and transferred to New York University, graduatinf in 1970 with a BFA in film and TV. Began a 39 year career in corporate video and film -- 33 of which as head of my own production company -- Mediamerica. Over the past 5 years I've moves more to freelance writer, producer, director projects before retiring from active work in the field early in 2012.
I married another local Clifton girl, Kathy Appleton in 1975 and we've been blessed with two fine sons, Bill (now 36) and...Expand for more
David (32). Though both has had his share of longterm relationships neither has committed to marriage (and therefore, no grandkids-- legal or otherwise). Kathy and I will be moving to Rehoboth Beach, DE later this year where we will be actively engaged as full time writers -- she as a freelance pharmaceutical advertising copywriter, and I as a novelist publishing in eBook format. Son Bill is only 90 minutes a way in Elkton, MD, while Dave is plan ride away in Austin, TX.
Love Austin, but not the hotter 'n hell summers out there.
