After highschool, I went to Fitchburg State and studied Elementary Ed, and Special Education. Have been teaching mentally challenged children ever since. Have touched most areas of Special Ed.from Learning Disabled to Severe and Profound and everything in between, Was a substitute teacher for Fichburg Public Scools my first year out. Then I worked at a private residential school in Lancaster, The 3rd year out I worked in Pepperell at an all special needs facility called Snec. Then I moved to Houston,TX for three years met my Texan husband and moved to beautifull North Carolina. Lived there for 11 years. Now living in the Dallas area the big D. Texas has a lot of pretty areas and cool cities but it takes many hours to get there. My second favorite city after Boston is San Antonio named for Saint Anthony. This city has the river walk with all kinds of places to eat, But the best food to eat there is Mexican food with a salty Margarita mmmm! San Antonio also has the Alamo which is a very surprising experience. When ever family and friends come to visit San Antonio is where we go, Sea World Is there too. Cool shows and water rides.
