Maureen's Story

Took me until 92 to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up..... but met the love of my life,John while in nursing school. We married in 94, lived in North Providence. I graduated from Our Lady Of Fatima Nursing school in 94 . We had Matthew, at age 30...moved to the Cape in 1999, rebuilt a family cottage..had Gianna at age 40. Oh did I forg...Expand for more
et..I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 97 when Matt was 7 mos....Gianna was a bit of a surprise but........Parenthood at 40 WHY NOT!! Any way..... I am a pediatric home care nurse and I love it! We have had dogs, cats and smaller critters, over the years..we currently have 3 dogs a cat and a fish. Alive and well and living on Beautiful Cape Cod!!
