Jeanne's Story
Life
I have two beautiful boys, Nathan Alexander and Justin Thomas, ages five and three respectively. I am also the proud mother of the most beautiful daughter named Cheyanne Dakota. I can't believe that she is already 7 months old. They grow up so fast.
My husband and I have two cats, Simba and Shadow, 4 couples of birds and a butload of fish!! We are looking to add a dog to our zoo and will probably have a new puppy after the holidays.
We are going to be moving temporarily to Hemet, because that is where I work, but we are looking to move to Arizona within the next 6 months.
School
There is not much I can say about High School, other than, it is a shame that in high school there is so much hate. There is enough pressure on children at that age and they should not have to deal with being called names because of the way they look or how much money their parents have. High School is supposed to be a time that you grow and become the best person you can be. I am lucky that I had friends and family that loved me enough to keep my head on straight. Those people that were malicious in high school and did whatever they could to hurt others, I hope have chnged and will teach their children to be more loving. The world will be better for our kids if we did that. It scares me everyday at the violence taking place in our kids schools. We all, as parents, aunts, uncles and friends need to teach our children tolerance. There is always going to be someone out there that is different or a little weird to them, but if you let your children know that to someone else they may be deemed a little different or weird, too and it is ok. So what!! Life is so much bigger than that. Just let the bad roll off your shoulders. Life is too short to waste it on petty differences that really don't mean anything in the grand sc...Expand for more

College
College was extremely fun. Did not go to class as often as I should have because I was out partying, however. I remember the nights that we played hide and seek in a dark house and litterally tried to scare each other. The nights at the cemetery in Long Beach or after "Scrooge" or "Twain by the Tale" practice we would head over to Spires and drink coffee half the night and talk about nothing and everything. Those were awesome nights. My favorite memory was my "infamous" Christmas party for "Scrooge" when we drank all night and danced and spa'd and swam in my pool, played pool and just became crazy and stupid and had a blast doing it. Of course everyone had to stay the night because drinking and driving is always forbidden in our group of friends. It was always more fun that way anyway. We'd play pranks on each other all night and not get a lick of sleep!! I miss those days sometimes, but I am so greatful to have my kids that I am glad that I am at a new place in my life.
Workplace
I started out working fast food, ie. Carl's Jr., Subway and Taco Bell. I then went to work in the mall both as a clown with the balloons and as an assistant manager for a retail store. After that job I did waitressing. Tips were great, but not what I wanted to do with my life. After that I began working for Farmer's Insurance. I would still be there today if they didn't downsize, therefore losing my job. But now, today I am the Senior Sales and Operations Manager for Extra Space Storage. I have become a Certified Trainer and won many awards through the company. I currently oversee 13 facilities and 35 employees. It is a rewarding job and I just love it! I have started college once again to get my bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. I can't wait to graduate and eventually gain my Master's Degree!!
