Gary's Story
Life
I got a divorce in February 2003 after 27 years of being married. I am trying very hard to move on. I have two children.
College
I have a BS in Industrial Education and Technology, while participating as a member of the football team. I am proud of myself because of my handicap. I studied and copied someone's lecture notes during the college years. It was not easy for me but I got lots of support from families, friends and football teammates. I am very thankful to them.
Workplace

kes me would describe me strong willed and intense. My greatest strengths are my health, since I rarely have health problems or miss work; my professional training and experience with a strong design background using various CAD/CAM softwares; my work ethic of working exceptionally hard and staying with what I am doing until I am sure I understand what is required; and my ability to overcome communication difficulties. My greatness weakness is that I have to wear cochlear implant device because of my hearing loss. This places a challenge on my communication skills. However improvement in technology allows me to make a receive phone calls through the Ohio Relay Service the use of a TDD, a telephone device for the deaf and hearing impaired.
