What on earth can I say? I have been divorced for 22 years, and I kinda' like it that way. I really like my ex-husband, I'm just glad that I'm not married to him. My sons amaze me on a regular basis, the oldest turned 29 this year and is expecting my first grandchild. He is an accomplished professional artist, is brother at 27 is a recorded hip hop artist and well regarded poet.For those of you that dont know , I married an older man a former haight-ashbury drummer, to live out all my hippie dreams only to discover that his former fame didnt really hold me in awe well into adulthood. I am living now in Colorado springs, still giving PetSmart mostof my time where I reighn as blue collar worker supreme.......... after 37 years as a dog groomer (never did make my daddy proud) my semi retirement gig for the past few years has been as a dog trainer.Im quite certian that doesnt really sound like much of an accomplishment but it suits my nomadic lifestyle....I transfer to a diffrent state about every two years or at least I did. Im all wrapped up in another brilliant, beautiful, seemingly out of my leauge woman...(. gasp.. not the only class Queer, figure out the others for yourself .Dont worry boys I'll never tell) No I drove from Florida to LasVegas for a woman that I really do love unfortunatly so does her new husband and damnit if he isnt just really the right guy for her.... enough of that Ive really gone too far this time. I fell in Love at first sight with Manitou Springs Colorado. full of Hippie patchouli reeking hula hooping free love and commercial commerce, perfect place for the peter pan in me. Im not sure if I can ever move again. I have two silly and beautiful horses that drag my reasonably broad middle aged ass around at my beck and call, as long as I keep forking over the money for their up keep. They are in fact only slightly less expensive than a girlfriend.
Im off work for the next two months recovering from shoulder surgery, boy, getting old is not for sissies. On that note I will consider that I may have good humourledly revealed too much shrug it off and hope that all of you are as genuinely happy as I find myself to be.
