Charlene's Story

After high school, I married my childhood sweetheart and became a military dependent. We divorced in 1986.I went back to school to get my Medical assistant Certificate I moved to Vermont and remarried(same guy) in 1993. In 1994 we divorced again.I have worked in 2 hospitals here and also worked for a doctor doing clinical trial studies. I live in a small town in Vermont with the guy of my dreams, Dan(ex Marine, vietnam...Expand for more
vet, 2 Purple hearts). I call him my Forrest Gump.I was a Breast Cancer Survivor, until June of this year. It has come back...Not really sure what life has in store for me. I have 5 children. My youngest is a senior at Clarkson Unniversity. I always wanted to be a med tech when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were right.(Almost right) I work in a lab as a lab aide!
