Barbara's Story
Life
I've been happily married to Jack Smith (from Ayer) for 32 years. We met at the Buttercup. Remember that place? We live in the San Diego area of CA.
We have a 28 year old daughter, Alison. She and her husband, Shannon, live close by. They have 2 beautiful daughters. Brooklyn will be 3 in June (09), and Olivia just turned 1.
We have 2 sons, (Jack's boys) Kevin & Todd, now 40. They're in construction. Todd with his own company and Kevi...Expand for more
n project manager/superintendent of a huge development company.
I'm a retired state preschool teacher, and do some substituting in our school district. Jack is a heavy equipment operator, working on the border fence, between Tijuana and San Diego. He'll be retiring this summer! Hooray!! We miss family in MA, but the weather here can't be beat. We've been here for over 30 years...since a couple months before we were married, in Las Vegas!!
