Arthur's Story
Jenna & I returned from a trip to Alaska's Inside passage on The Golden Princess, ( first cruise) It was Awesome well worth the money spent, What a beautiful state to visit will do it again!
Life!
To All: After 35 years owning and operating the Rusty Scuffer Restaurant with my brother Jack we are selling the the restaurant and apartment building above. On October 2007 we entered a new phase in our lives . RETIRED!! We have moved from Vermont to North Carolina, near the ocean where the sun shines most of the time and the weather is warm. Jenna and I walked the beach in January in our shorts, with our dogs,pondering life with few worries.
LIFE IS GOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now 3 Years into Retirement doing volunteer work (data entry for the NEW HOPE FREE CLINIC) Boiling Springs North Carolina Tracking over a thousand patients , volunteering at The Harper Library one Week a month and on the advisory committee for the Rivermist development Board of Directors
2016 Up Date
We have been retired since 2007,as with all moves there is a period of adjustments, settled in Southport NC ,actually followed our children from Vermont, we are involved in our community , on various committee's and boards, trying to give back to the community where we live.
I am looking FOWARD to our Class reunion in June, hopeing to reconnect with so many classmates in one night, ( thanks to all my fellow classmates who stepped up to get our reunion organized ) it is amazing how social media can bring us all together .
